Your account is the gateway to making things hassle-free, with functionality which means you can verify your identity and source of funds, fill out relevant forms, and digitally sign documents using any device to keep things moving at the pace you need. 

Keeping you in the loop

Expect instant updates when key actions are completed on your file. You’ll be prompted when paperwork needs signing and can see when the other side of the transaction has supplied information or when surveys are complete. In the app, you can see the stages your file needs to go through to get to completion, making it easy to understand what’s left to do and who needs to do it. 

If you need us, you can easily chat to your contact using the app, meaning you don’t need to take time out of your day for phone calls (although if you’d rather chat, we’re happy to do that too!).

Staying secure

Our platform has the latest cyber security built in, with two-factor authentication to keep your information secure. If your device allows, you can log in with fingerprint or facial recognition to make things easy while maintaining security.
